Calibration

All Machine Calibrations are traceable to National Standards.

In addition to general machine servicing, we can also offer a full calibration service, traceable to national standards to ensure your machines perform to their optimum capability and comply with relevant standards.

Following recent investment in a Renishaw Laser interferometer we are now able to provide axes measurement calibration for a wide range of machine tools.

Laser interferometry is a well-established method for measuring distances with great accuracy. The system uses remote interferometers for all measurement modes including rotary axes, and a precision stabilised laser source to deliver exceptional precision and accuracy.
